Shipping Policy

Shipping is Always FREE!

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Day.

Processing + Delivery Times:

Thanks for your patience while shipping is taking longer due to high demand - we are working quickly to fulfill your orders!

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1 to 3 business days to process and pack.  

For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 4 to10 business days. 

Shipping can take longer if you are outside contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii or 12-14 business days if you are in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. 

 

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping

We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.

Returns + Exchanges 

 

U.S. Returns + Exchanges Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. 

Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

 To initiate a return or exchange, please send email to support@eylisia.com to begin the return process. 

You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.  Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
